Why be squashed and cramped in a motel room or a small villa when you can have a 5 bed 3.5 bath 2.700sq ft fully furnished, air conditioned villa that sleeps 10, (no need for a sofa bed). The property is over 2 floors. The villa is light and airy and consists of 5 bedrooms all on the first floor, a large family room, dining area, lounge, patio doors to pool and patio, large master bedroom with sitting area, ensuite, ensuring that you have the perfect vacation in Florida. The Family room is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, Cable TV, DVD player, Stereo cd player, Play station 2 and a good selection of movies and games, board games and books. Patio doors to pool area (alarmed), the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the parks. The Dining area has a dining table for six and also has a patio door leading to the lanai (alarmed). The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern convenience's should you wish to prepare a meal. Full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle and a full range of crockery, including a set for the patio. The Laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable TV, sitting area, walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan, ensuite bath with large walk in shower and tub, hairdryer, drawer space, alarm clock. The2nd bedroom has a Queen bed , walk in wardrobe, Cable TV, drawer space, alarm clock and overlooks the pool area. Bedroom 3 has a Double bed, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, alarm clock. Cable TV and overlooks pool area. Bedroom 4 has Twin beds, decorated for young a girl, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, cable TV, DVD player, alarm clock. Bedroom 5 has Twin beds, decorated for a young boy, walk in wardrobe, drawer space, alarm clock, cable TV, DVD player, and overlooks the front of villa. The pool area is block paved and screened, with high quality patio furniture, patio tables, chairs, loungers, covered lanai with ceiling fan for those al-fresco nights. Both patio doors to pool area are alarmed. A pool blanket is provided for use in the cool months Oct thru April. The pool and spa overlook a landscaped area so there are no back to back neighbours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional cost. The games room consist's of a pool table, air hockey and darts. A barbeque is available for guest's to use. Staying in a villa is a great way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle.
