Rental Policies:
Chosen dates will be held for a maximum of 7 days, but when deposit is
paid, this secures your booking
If the balance is not paid at prescribedtime we reserve the right to
cancel the booking with loss of deposit.
If the holiday is cancelled before 10 weeks of departure the deposit is
forfeited
If the holiday is cancelled within 4 -10 weeks before departure, 50% of
total cost is forfeited.
If the holiday is cancelled within 4 weeks of departure 100%of the
total cost is forfeited.
minimum stay of 3 nights
bookings less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge
A security deposit is required payable with the balance, and refunded
after a routine check by the management company on departure.
